Dr. Elias C. Deros

Dr. Elias C. Deros grew up in Rocky Hill and Wethersfield, and has been practicing dentistry in Connecticut for almost 30 years. After earning his dental degree from The University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine in Farmington, Dr. Deros went on to complete a one-year General Practice Residency at The Mountainside Hospital in Montclair, New Jersey.

Dr. Deros is a lifelong learner, though, and is constantly refining his dental skills through continuing education courses! To-date, he has advanced training in general dentistry treatments, straight wire orthodontics, and TMD therapy, and is a certified Invisalign provider.

Dr. Francis Mir

Dr. Francis Mir is our resident oral surgeon, and we couldn’t be happier to have him as part of our team! He’s lived in many different countries and easily forms strong connections with patients from all walks of life. Dr. Mir also sympathizes with those who experience dental anxiety and is glad to be able to offer dental sedation and sleep medicine to alleviate discomfort.

After earning his DDS from the Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine in New York, Dr. Mir completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery training at Rutgers University Hospital in New Jersey and Woodhull Medical Center in New York. As well as being a proud member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, he’s certified in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Advanced Trauma Life Support.

Dr. Jennifer Diederich

Dr. Jennifer Diederich has practiced general dentistry in Connecticut for more than 30 years, and is a trusted dental care provider. She’s also served as an assistant professor at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine. An accomplished professional, Dr. Diederich earned her DMD and a certificate in Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology from the University of Connecticut.

Dr. Se'quon Scott

Dr. Se’quon Scott is a compassionate periodontist who has devoted much of his time to providing dental care to areas with limited access. Even when he worked to complete his DDS from the Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry and advanced general dentistry training at the UT Health Science Center, Dr. Scott held several volunteer and leadership positions. Truly, he’s passionate about helping patients achieve better oral health!
